ORDER
The petitioner, Mr.R.Srinivasan, having executed a registered General Power of Attorney on 31.8.2006 in favour of his brother for dealing with his property to an extent of 4.09 acres comprised in S.F.Nos.462/1, 462/2 and 467/2 in
Chikkadasampalayam village, Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore District, found the change of attitude on his brother. As his brother planned to grab the property by collusive method of creating a false lease deed on 12.7.2007 in favour of his minor daughter Harsha, aged about 6 years, for leasing out the property for a period of 29 years, he has given a representation dated 19.3.2014 to the District Collector, Coimbatore District, the second respondent herein for taking appropriate action. As the said representation has not been considered, he has come to this Court seeking a limited direction of disposal of his representation.
2. Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.
3. This Court, considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits, hereby directs the second respondent-District Collector, Coimbatore District to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.3.2014 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
