Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the Of Board Instruction No.53/2012/A/IR dated 27.11.2012 issued by the 2nd Respondent and the consequential Letter No.3907-CG/CFLU/2013 dated 07.12.2013 issued by the 3rd Respondent to the 4th Respondent and quash the same as illegal, irrational, arbitrary and unsustainable in law.
