COMMON ORDER Heard both sides.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.B. Nedunzhezhian, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent had considered the petitioners representations and passed order on 22.08.2016. The learned Standing Counsel also produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent on 22.08.2016.

Mr.S. Doraisamy, learned counsel appearing for the petiitoners, submitted that the petitioner in Contemp Petition No.1897 of 2016 alone is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent and liberty may be given to the petitioner in Contempt Petition No.1897 of 2016 to challenge the order passed by the respondent, in accordance with law.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners in other Contempt Petitions have received the cheques from the respondent.

In view of the submissions, made by the learned counsel on either side and taking note of the fact that the

respondent had passed the order on 22.08.2016, pursuant to the orders of this Court in the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos. 10489, 10490, 10245 and 10246 of 2016, all the Contempt Petitions are closed. It is open to the petitioner in Contempt Petition No.1897 of 2016 to challenge the order dated 22.08.2016, passed by the respondent, if he is aggrieved over the same, in accordance with law. 6.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that all the Sub Applications can be closed. In view of the same, the Sub Applications Nos.475, 476, 477 and 478 of 2016 are closed.
