2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police.

3.When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepted notice on behalf of the first respondent represented that investigation has been completed in Crime No.4 of 2015 and a final report has been filed on 27.05.2015 before the learned District Munsif, Cheyyar.
