The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below, seeking extension of time to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.104 of 2017 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi, Cuddalore.

2. Though the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore District, had sought for extension of time, considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time and accordingly, it is extended by four months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.

11.04.2022 Note to office:- The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore District may be apprised of the extension of time forthwith.
