The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to issue patta in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.423/3B1, situate in Periyana Halli Village, Palacode Taluk, Kaarimangalam Sub Registration District, Dharmapuri District based on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.9.2013.

2. The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents, brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner passed away on 7.7.2017. In view of the fact https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the relief sought for in the present writ petition is for the grant of patta, based on the representation submitted by the deceased writ petitioner, the writ petition deserves no further consideration as the same stands abated. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
