By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims to be a retired employee of Neyveli Lignite Corporation and after demise of his father, his brother applied for Legal Heir Certificate and it was issued on 17.12.2004 and at the time of applying the Legal Heir Certificate, the brother of the petitioner mentioned the name of the petitioner as T.R.Sampath Kumar instead of Sampath Raaghavan and when he applied for a new https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Legal Heir Certificate, he came to know about the said discrepancy. In this regard, he has submitted a representation to the second respondent, who vide letter dated 8.6.2010 has directed to approach the first respondent. Accordingly, he submitted a representation dated 27.3.2015 followed by reminder dated 20.4.2015 and since he has not been favoured with any response, he came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Senthamizhselvan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents. 4.This Court, without going into merits of the representation, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2015 and reminder dated 21.4.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
