O R D E R

The learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same reads as follows :- "The appeal alone lie before the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore. Hence, the petitioner is sought for liberty to file appeal against the acquittal before the Court concerned."
