Crl.O.P.No.14749 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.
Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) stated that initially anticipatory bail was granted to the Petitioner and subsequently, it was cancelled for non compliance of condition, by order dated 11.03.2022 in Crl.MP.No.2079 of in Crl.OP.No.16518 of 2021. As against the cancellation of anticipatory bail, SLP has been preferred and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court, at this juncture, this Petition was filed.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The attitude of the learned counsel for the Petitioner in suppressing the pendency of the SLP is deprecated.
