Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has already been appointed as Lecturer (Senior Scale) at Government Law College and also submitted a copy of the G.O.Ms.161 dated 05.05.2015 to that effect.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
