ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue herein, viz., Vanitha, aged 32 years, has filed this petition for production of his wife.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Today, the respondent police have produced the detenue viz., Vanitha. On enquiry, she has informed that due to some matrimonial dispute, she is living on her own. She does not want to go with her husband. The statement is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
