CRIME NO.05/2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.O.P No.3839/2022 in crime No.05/2022 order dated 24.02.2022 which is paased by this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.D.ANBARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3839 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 20.04.2022, to the petitioners to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
