Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the third respondent by his proceedings dated 24.7.2014 to initiate domestic enquiry without making the payment of subsistence allowance as per Tamil Nadu Payment of Subsistence Allowance Act to the petitioner.
