.. Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent with regard to "EPFO - Recovery of dues" sent through Email dated 15.03.2021 and to quash the same.

Challenging the order dated 15.03.2021 sent through email by the second respondent with regard to EPFO - recovery of dues, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2.Heard the submissions made on either side.

3.Though the Writ Petitioner seeks for a larger relief, they restricts it and seeks payment of dues to the respondent / EPFO in monthly installments.

4.According to the learned counsel for the respondents, total dues to be paid by the petitioner is Rs.5,88,095/-. 5.Considering the pleading of the petitioner that they

are suffering from severe financial constraint, this Court is inclined to grant eight (8) equated monthly installments for payment of the dues to the respondent/EPFO, commencing from 10.04.2021. In default, the respondents are entitled to impose further interest on the dues payable by the petitioner. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
