ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 1st respondent herein to register the petitioner's complaint dated 09.05.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.
3. It is represented that the petitioner had personally lodged a complaint before the first respondent Police on 23.04.2015 and also through her Power Agent on 09.05.2015 and no action was taken.
4. In view of the above and considering the limited scope of prayer as sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent Police is directed to enquiry into the complaints and take action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
