Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceeding in Dis.No.614 of 2013 dated 11.01.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to allow the reopen petition for marking of the documents in the pending Dis.No.614 of 2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition as follows:
