While dismissing this Criminal Revision Case, this Court has posted the matter for reporting compliance to ensure that the petitioner is secured.

2. Today the revision petitioner and the complainant were present along with their respective learned counsels.

3. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner states that after disposal of this revision on 12.04.2022, the revision petitioner has negotiated with the complainant and has arrived at some settlement.

4. This cannot be taken note of by this Court since the criminal revision case has already been disposed of as early as 12.04.2022 and hence the revision petitioner shall work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No further orders are required.
