ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- 1.The Petitioners herein, apprehending arrest at the hands of the Respondent Police, for having allegedly committed the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1A) of the TNP Act, in Cr.No.77 of 2020, have filed this Criminal Original Petition, under Section 438 of Cr.PC, seeking anticipatory bail. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The case of the Prosecution is that since the Petitioners were found in possession of 250 litres of ID Arrack, they have been implicated as the accused in the case on hand. 4.According to the Petitioners, they are in no way connected with the alleged offences.

5.On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Petitioners were found in possession of 250 litres of ID Arrack and they have one previous case and hence, oppose to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, particularly the fact that the Petitioners have one previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.
