This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed in the anticipatory bail order dated 08.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2786 of 2023.

This Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner who apprehended arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 457 & 380 of IPC. The anticipatory bail was granted on condition that he should execute bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties and to co-operate with investigation by reporting before the respondent police for a period of two weeks. The time to comply the said condition was fixed as 15 days. But the petitioner is not complying the condition and filed this petition for extension of time to comply the condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 08.02.2023. 3.

Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner for non-complying the bail conditions within the time granted, this petition seeking extension of time is allowed on condition that the bail conditions to be complied with on or before 13.04.2023, failing which to comply the conditions, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner on 08.02.2023 will stand cancelled. 03.04.2023 Note :- Issue order copy on or before 06.04.2023 rts https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
