ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that this complaint has been sent by post to the Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the second respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
