Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the Respondent herein to produce Petitioner's Father i.e., Mr.Sundararajan, S/o.Devadasan, Hindu, Male, aged about 90 years, last residing at 134, Samraj Nagar, I Cross Street, Sembakkam, Chennai-600 093 before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] The Learned counsel for the Fourth Respondent has made an endorsement in the present Habeas Corpus Petition to the effect that "the Fourth Respondent had assured that whenever the Petitioner wants to meet his father, he may at any time come and visit him and there is no barrier at all". Also that the Learned counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the present Habeas Corpus Petition to the effect that "appreciating the endorsement of the Fourth Respondent to permit the Petitioner to visit his father, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall be disposed of".

2.Recording the aforesaid facts and the endorsements so made and also this Court taking note of the fact that the Fourth Respondent had made an endorsement of assurance in the present Habeas Corpus Petition to the effect that whenever the Petitioner wants to meet his father, he may at any time come and visit him and there is no barrier at all, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication.
