This Second Appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 23.12.2014 made in A.S.No.41 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Vellore, Vellore District confirming the judgment and decree dated 25.04.2012 made in O.S.No. 120 of 2006 on the file of the Sub-Court, Vellore, Vellore District.

2. The parties have entered into a compromise and the joint memo of compromise signed by the parties and their respective counsels has also been filed.
