ORDER

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 29.10.2021, dismissed the Writ petition for non prosecution. Thereafter, at the instance of the petitioners, the Writ petition was restored by this Court on 28.04.2022. Again, when the Writ Petition came up for hearing on 16.06.2022 and 23.06.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence, the case was directed to be listed on 28.06.2022 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Accordingly, this case was listed today under the caption 'For dismissal'.

2. Even today (28.06.2022), when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in person or through counsel.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
