in W.P.No.14015 of 2020 N.ANAND VENKATESH.J., When the matter came up for hearing on 29.04.2022, this Court passed the following order:

''Pursuant to the earlier orders passed by this Court on 13.04.2022, the matter was posted for hearing today. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the necessary correction had been carried out and the entry in the encumbrance certificate is now confined to only an extent of 80 cents in Survey No.215/1. To substantiate the said submission, the encumbrance certificate with corrected entry was also produced before this Court. A copy was also furnished to the learned counsel appearing on either side. The learned counsel appearing on either side shall verify the entry and report before this Court.

2.Post this case under the same caption on 06.06.2022.'' 2.When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the order passed by this Court on 13.04.2022, has been complied with.
