This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent police to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 13.05.2015.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.245 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.245 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
