Mr.Saravana Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo to the effect that the petitioner has affected payment for a sum of Rs.1,26,44,472/- vide Bank Transaction Id No.IDIB485043642205 in TANGEDCO Receipt No.31111917102211575155 to the virtual account in A/c.No.TNEBHTC9094700282 and the same has been adjusted towards the due amount under impugned communication dated 15.02.2013. Hence, nothing else survives in this matter.
