ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 10.04.2017 passed in Crl.OP.No.6510 of 2017, has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition.

2. As directed by this Court, the petitioner produced the xerox copies of the required documents during the enquiry, since the original documents were not available https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with him. However, as per the document enclosed at page

No.139 of the typed set of papers, the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur, has made an endorsement that the documents have been returned to the petitioner's counsel.

3. In such circumstances, no further adjudication is required in this contempt application, since the respondent verified the documents and also registered the F.I.R in Crime No.11 of 2016. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
