..Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in GSD/Chennai dated 04.02.2019 on the file of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in service with reference to the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP.No.22419 of 2018 dated 17.09.2018.

O R D E R

The respective learned counsels appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner as well as the respondent workman, made a submission that, pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 15.11.2019, the workman reported for duty and the management permitted the workman to join duty and accordingly, he is working as of now.

2. In view of the fact that the workman joined duty, no further consideration is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. However, it is made clear that, with reference to the allegations of misconduct, it is left open to the management to initiate appropriate action by following the procedures contemplated.

3. The writ petition is filed challenging the order derostering the workman from service. Since the workman is allowed to report for duty and the workman had joined the duty, the writ petition stands disposed of, as no further consideration is required. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
