ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from mutating the revenue records and more specifically in patta No.3221 till the disposal of the civil suits that are pending before the competent Civil Court.

When the matter came up for hearing on 10.03.2025, this Court directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to take instructions and listed the matter for hearing today.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instructions received from the 4 th respondent submitted that till date the application has not been acted upon since the civil suits are pending before the competent Civil Court. 4.
