This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the case pending investigation in Crime No.36 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondentPolice and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.1084 of 2024 on the file of the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, on 10.09.2024 and the next hearing date is fixed on 31.01.2025.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
