Mr.R.Govindasmy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider and act on the petitioner's request dated 27.06.2017 for demarcation of the property (measuring 50 cents, comprised in Survey No.135/2 of Pudhupakkam Village) in the concerned FMB record of the Office of the respondent, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with Patta No.3336 and issue a Certified copy of the corrected FMB Sketch for the petitioner's property within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any.
