ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.34689 of 2016, by order dated 03.11.2016, directed the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in any non-sensitive post where the Department feels that the petitioner can be accommodated as per the judgment in Ajay Kumar Choudhary case reported in (20015) 7 SCC 291.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 03.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 12.10.2017 issued by the respondent, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
