ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 354A and 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.77 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein is the father of the defacto complainant. As per the FIR, the petitioner has misbehaved with the wife of the defacto complainant. It is further alleged that the defacto complainant was attacked by the petitioner causing fracture in the right leg.

3. The defacto complainant was admitted on 17.02.2022 and discharged on 02.03.2022 and the Doctor has observed that the injuries sustained by the defacto complainant is grievous in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner herein, who is the father of the defacto complainant, attacking his son grievously with deadly weapons and absconding, this Court is of the view that grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner will endanger the life of the defacto complainant.
