The above miscellaneous petition is filed to substitute the legal heirs in the place of deceased writ petitioner R.Kanagavalli in the above writ petition.

2. It is seen from records that during the pendency of the above writ petition the petitioner died on 01.01.2022 leaving behind her husband/ Mr.R.Ramachandran and children R.Kiruthika and R.Abirami as legal heirs. There is no objection from Mrs.V.Yamuna Devi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents to allow this petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the records, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
