Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to hand over the original sale deed dated 03.05.2018 (vide Doc. No.2594/2018, S.R.O. Madhavaram) to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner viz., return of original sale deed dated 03.05.2018 (vide Doc. No.2594/2018, S.R.O. Madhavaram) has been complied by the 2nd respondent.

Hence, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous and he has also made an endorsement in to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
