This case was listed under the caption for dismissal, because nobody appeared for the petitioner yesterday. Today as well there was no representation for the petitioner in the morning and therefore passed over the case. Mr.T.R.Senthil Kumar was requested to be present in the afternoon.

2.He further submitted that by an order dated 14.09.2016, his name was directed to be deleted as he had become a standing counsel for the Income Tax Department.

3.Despite the same, name of the Mr.Senthil Kumar appears in the cause list. Mr.Senthil Kumar submits that he has also lost contact with the petitioner.

4.The Registry is therefore directed to comply with the order dated 14.09.2016 by deleting the name of Mr.Senthil Kumar from the cause list and take steps to serve notice on the petitioner. 5.Post the case on 02.01.2020 after due compliance. 10.12.2019 jen http://www.judis.nic.in
