No. 310/00717/2017 and quash the same and consequently, allow the Original Application No. 310/717 of 2017 as prayed for.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V. PARTHIBAN,J.) After advancing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to move the Appellate Authority, in terms of the statute, governing the issue and the Appellate Authority shall consider his request for passing any orders, as he deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
