This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.54 of 2019 on the file of 1st respondent police and to quash the same.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Without any base, the 1st respondent police registered a case in Crime No.54 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 143, 290, 336 and 506(1) of IPC, as against the petitioner. Hence he prayed to quash the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation to the 1st respondent. On receipt of the same, the 1st respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to conduct an proper enquiry, as to whether the petitioner was available at the place of occurrence or not and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
