The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the 2nd respondent police to transfer the complaint in Crime No.87 of 2018 dated 20.03.2018 to the 3rd respondent CBCID, Salem for investigation and to file final report in accordance with law.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 25.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 31.08.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 31.08.2021, there is no representation for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 02.09.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
