ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.35245 of 2016, by order dated 25.10.2016, directed the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in any nonsensitive post where the Department feels that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner can be accommodated.

2.Now, alleging non-compliance of the said order of this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 09.09.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
