This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 374 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay in filing the above appeal is condoned. Howerver, the petitioner is not entitled interest for the dealayed period.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
