ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the brother of the detenu herein, viz., Moorthi, aged 35 years, has filed this petition seeking production of his brother.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. In keeping with the order of this Court dated 22.01.2018, the uncle of the alleged detenue/third respondent has filed an affidavit declaring that he has no right, claim and interest over the Detenu/Moorthi's property or his money deposited in the fixed deposit in his name in the 172, Samudram Primary Agricultural Co-Op. Credit Society Ltd.

4. Satisfied, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
