J U D G M E N T

There is no representation for the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondent has filed a Memo dated 26.03.2012 stating that T.Pattabiraman, the sole appellant, died on 23.09.2011 and no steps came to be taken for bringing on record the LRs of the deceased appellant. The memo is recorded and the abatement of the second appeal caused by the death of the sole appellant is also recorded.

2. The second appeal is disposed of accordingly recording the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant and the absence of steps taken for impleading the LRs of the sole appellant in time. No costs.
