petitioner was illegal denied employment by the 6th respondent, pay salary and other benefits for that period including 6th pay commission payscale and other benefits with effect from the date, it was paid to the other teachers working along with the petitioner.
ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to quash the order dated 21.08.2013 in Na.Ka.No.342/A1/2013 and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to regularize the petitioner's absence from 02.12.2002 and 07.04.2003 and the period between 08.04.2003 and 19.06.2007 when the petitioner was illegal denied employment by the 6th respondent, pay salary and other benefits for that period including 6th pay commission payscale and other benefits with effect from the date, it was paid to the other teachers working along with the petitioner.

When this matter was listed on 23.01.2025, this Court has held the following observation and the same is reproduced hereunder: ''When the matter lister earlier on 05.12.2024 and 17.12.2024, there was no Page No.2 of 5
representation on the side of the petitioner. 2.
Even today also, no representation for the petitioner.

List the matter on 27.01.2025, for dismissal.''

Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents circulated a letter dated 25.01.205 addressed to him and submitted that the writ petitioner died on 21.06.2015 and his terminal benefits have been settled to the legal heirs. The said communication is also supported by the pension order dated 23.12.2024 along with a copy of the death certificate. The same is recorded.

In view of the same, this writ petition is closed. Connected M.Ps are closed. Costs made easy.
