Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal in Appeal No.31446/PP1/2023 dated 16.08.2023, in a speedy manner, within a time fame fixed by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal in Appeal No.31446/PP1/2023 dated 16.08.2023, in a speedy manner, within a time fame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, against the order of the 3 rd respondent dated 24.07.2023, he has preferred an appeal before the 2 nd respondent and the same is pending from 16.08.2023. Hence, the present writ Petition is filed.
3. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and since the Writ Petition is filed seeking a simple Writ of Mandamus to dispose of the appeal dated 16.08.2023, this Court without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the 2 nd respondent to issue notice of appeal to the petitioner, interested parties/rival claimants/objectors/aggrieved parties if any, as the case may be and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties, dispose of the appeal and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
