Respondents Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order of Ad-Interim injunction restraining the respondents their men, agents, servants and subordinates from in any manner interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in the lands forming the subject matter of the lease agreement dated 21.08.2009 more fully set out below.

This Original Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following order:- In O.P.No.209 of 2018, Hon'ble Mr.Justice K.Venkataraman, a retired Judge of this Court is appointed as sole Arbitrator.

2. By order dated 02.03.2018, the Court had directed the applicant to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen lakhs only) and had also ordered status quo.

3. The order dated 02.03.2018 made in O.A.No.201 of 2018 is transmitted to the learned Arbitrator under Section

17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act with liberty to the respondents to make appropriate application to withdraw the same. If such orders are made, the respondents are permitted to file formal payment out application for the amount deposited.

4. The Status quo order granted on 02.03.2018 by this Court is extended for a period of four weeks from today.
