Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the Official Respondents to take appropriate decision to resolve the continuous ongoing strike by Secondary Grade Teachers throughout the State more than 14 days and to restore the teachers into work, in the interest of education of poor children studying in Government run educational institutions forthwith, in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.03.2024.

2. In view of the statement made by learned State Government Pleader, the purpose of the writ petition, now, does not survive. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
