This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the third respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.12.2014 and investigate the same.

2. Heard Mr.B.S.Jhothiraman, the learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.P.V.Muralidhar for the respondents 4 to 6.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 24.12.2014, it does not even disclose when the alleged incident had taken place. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to register an F.I.R.,

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
