ORDER

Despite intimation from the office of the learned Public Prosecutor, the respondent police have not appeared for giving any instructions.

2. It is seen that on a complaint given by one Devaraj, petition enquiry is pending. This Court had directed the police to produce the complaint given by the said Devaraj, but till date the same has not been produced. Under such circumstances, the police are directed not to harass the petitioner.
