O R D E R

Mr.B.Ramesh, learned counsel for the respondent, placing an un-conditional apology for having wrongly passed the order of termination dated 28.02.2020, pleaded that the said order has been inadvertently passed. However, withdrawing the same now the petitioner has been disbursed with the salary and that respondents 1 and 2 in the writ petition namely, the Education Department are liable to pay the arrears for the period from March to September 2020 and in this regard, a request letter has also been sent to them for payment of arrears of salary.

Since this Court has been safeguarding the interest of all concerned who are giving education to the Society and that the Secretary of the School has never intended to disobey the order of this Court as they are all the time giving unlimited regard and respect to the Court and that the petitioner's salary has been paid and that recommendation has also been sent to respondents 1 and 2 in the writ petition for payment of arrears from March to September 2020, the inadvertent mistake may be condoned and this contempt petition may be closed. 2.Mr.C.

arrears of salary for the period from March to September, requested this Court to close the Contempt Petition.

3.Recording the submission made by both sides, placing the counter affidavit filed by the respondent stating unconditional apology, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
